The Recovery Signal — Recovery Signal Programme  ·  Effective: 1 January 2026  ·  Last updated: July 2026

1. About This Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in any The Recovery Signal programme or individual session ("the Programme"), delivered by Sarah Frosting, trading as The Recovery Signal, with a registered business address at 6 Fern Road, Dublin Sandyford, D18 FP98, Ireland ("we", "our", "us"). Sessions are delivered at your preferred location within Ireland — I am based in Shannon, County Clare and offer a mobile service — or remotely via video call, as agreed at the time of booking.

By booking a Clarity Call, making payment, or commencing the Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

Eligibility. This Programme is available to adults aged 18 and over. By booking, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Important Medical Disclaimer

The Recovery Signal is not a medical, psychotherapeutic or naturopathic treatment and does not replace professional medical diagnosis or care.

By engaging in the Programme, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Programme is not a diagnostic tool and does not treat, cure or prevent any medical condition or disease
  • The Programme does not constitute medical advice, physiotherapy, psychotherapy or counselling
  • You will continue to consult qualified healthcare professionals for all medical decisions
  • You will not discontinue any prescribed medication or medical treatment without the consent of your doctor
  • If you experience any unexpected physical symptoms during the Programme, you will seek appropriate medical advice promptly
  • In any medical emergency, you will contact emergency services immediately

Health screening. Before commencing the Programme, you will be asked to disclose any relevant health conditions, including but not limited to pregnancy, active cancer treatment, epilepsy or photosensitivity, cardiac devices such as pacemakers, and any open wounds or skin conditions at the site of application. You agree to disclose these accurately, and we reserve the right to decline or pause the Programme where a disclosed condition presents a risk.

You agree to use them only as instructed and to take reasonable care of them. Loss, damage, or use outside the instructed protocol may result in a replacement charge.

4. Results and Outcomes

4.1 Individual results vary

No specific physical, health or performance outcome can be guaranteed. Results depend on many individual factors including your consistency with the home training plan, your overall health status, and your body's unique biological response to the method. The Recovery Signal makes no warranty that you will achieve any particular outcome.

4.2 What Sarah Frosting does guarantee

Sarah's personal guarantee to every client:

  • Her full professional commitment and best effort at every stage of your programme
  • That the method will be applied with care, skill and complete attention to your individual situation
  • That any concern you raise during the programme will be addressed promptly, honestly and with your wellbeing at the centre
  • That she will focus on the process, work efficiently, and aim to make improvements sustainable

5. Booking, Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1 Booking

Sessions are booked via Calendly or by direct arrangement with Sarah Frosting. Your programme start date and session schedule are confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

5.2 Client cancellations

  • More than 48 hours notice: session rescheduled at no charge
  • Less than 48 hours notice: the session may be forfeited or a rescheduling fee may apply at Sarah's discretion
  • Three or more late cancellations may result in a programme review conversation

5.3 Cancellations by Sarah Frosting

If Sarah is unable to attend a scheduled session, she will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at a mutually convenient time at no additional charge to you.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Programme investment

The investment for the Programme is agreed during your Clarity Call or at the time of booking. Payment is made either at the point of booking or during the Clarity Call, as agreed. No programme begins until payment or a signed instalment agreement is in place.

6.2 Payment schedule

Payment may be made in full at the time of booking or during the Clarity Call, or by an agreed instalment schedule confirmed in writing before the Programme commences.

6.3 Late payment

Where an agreed instalment is not received within 7 days of the due date, Sarah reserves the right to pause or suspend sessions until payment is brought up to date.

6.4 Right to cancel (cooling-off period)

Where your booking and payment are made remotely (for example, by phone, video call, or online), you have a statutory right under Irish and EU consumer protection law to cancel within 14 days of booking, without needing to give a reason, and to receive a full refund. If you would like the Programme to begin before this 14-day period ends, we will ask you to provide separate written consent, and you may lose the right to a full refund for sessions already delivered once the Programme has started.

6.5 Refund policy (outside the cooling-off period)

Due to the personalised and time-committed nature of this Programme, payments made are non-refundable once the Programme has commenced and the cooling-off period above has passed, except where required by applicable Irish consumer protection law. If you have concerns, please raise them with Sarah directly at the earliest opportunity — she is committed to resolving any issues in good faith.

7. Your Responsibilities as a Client

To get the most from your Programme, you agree to:

  • Attend sessions punctually and with reasonable consistency
  • Complete your personalised home training plan as agreed
  • Communicate openly and honestly about your experience, progress and any changes in how you feel
  • Notify Sarah as soon as possible of any changes to your health, medication or medical treatment
  • Consult your GP or relevant specialist promptly if you experience unexpected physical symptoms
  • Treat all sessions and communications with mutual respect

8. Confidentiality and Your Data

Sarah Frosting maintains strict professional confidentiality. All information you share during sessions is held in confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law or where withholding information would pose a risk to safety.

Data protection. We process your personal data, including health-related information, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy. By proceeding with a Clarity Call or the Programme, you consent to the processing of your health data for the purpose of delivering the Programme to you.

Testimonials and marketing. We will never use your name, image, or story in marketing materials — including social media, website content, or advertising — without your separate, explicit written consent, which you are free to withdraw at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All Programme materials, training plans, written content and educational resources are the intellectual property of Sarah Frosting and The Recovery Signal. They are for your personal use within the Programme only. You may not reproduce, share, publish, sell or use them commercially without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, The Recovery Signal and Sarah Frosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your participation in the Programme. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Programme. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

11. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Neither party will be held responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation under these Terms where that delay or failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, injury, or events preventing safe delivery of sessions. Affected sessions will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient opportunity.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by you

You may withdraw from the Programme at any time by notifying Sarah in writing. Please refer to Section 6 regarding the refund and cooling-off policy.

12.2 Termination by The Recovery Signal

We reserve the right to end or suspend the Programme if you act in a manner that is abusive, threatening or seriously disrespectful, or if you breach these Terms in a material way. We will notify you in writing and any outstanding sessions will be forfeited without refund.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Before taking formal steps, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute directly and in good faith.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify existing clients by email. For new clients, the version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
